We use insulated cooler bags and ice packs to help reduce single-use delivery packaging. After delivery the bags are collected, cleaned, sanitized and used again to help reduce unnecessary waste across our deliveries

We carefully plan what we cook to help reduce food waste across our kitchen. Forecasting, recipe planning and stock management all help us prepare what we need. If we occasionally make extra food that is still safe and suitable to eat.

We separate waste at source and work with approved waste partners to make sure materials are handled responsibly. Cardboard and recyclable materials are sorted correctly while other waste is processed through the appropriate channels
We use recipe and raw material data to understand more than calories and macros. With software that tracks the carbon footprint of foods and recipes we can better understand the impact behind our meals and make more informed decisions

Where possible we source fruit and vegetables from local UAE farms including produce that may not meet supermarket cosmetic standards. Using perfectly good produce helps reduce unnecessary food waste while supporting local agriculture.

We’ve moved many of our day-to-day records and operational processes from paper to tablets and digital systems. Reducing paper use helps minimize waste while keeping operations efficient and organized across the business
We’re continuing to build better visibility across the areas that impact our operations most. This includes tracking food, packaging, waste, electricity, cooking gas and delivery fuel usage to help support smarter long-term decisions
