We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, or financial account data) beyond what is strictly necessary to fulfil your Order. Payment card details are processed exclusively by our Payment Services Provider and are not stored by FITT Meals.

The provision of personal data listed in Section 2 is voluntary. However, failure to provide this data will prevent us from concluding or performing the Sales Contract, meaning we will be unable to deliver our services to you.
