Terms and Conditions for FITT Meals Loyalty Program

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the accumulation and usage of loyalty points in the FITT Meals Catering Services LLC ("FITT Meals"). By participating in the FITT Meals loyalty points program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

1.1. FITT Meals offers a loyalty points program to reward its clients for purchasing meal plans through the FITT Meals app or website.

1.2. For every 1 dirham spent on meal plans, clients will earn 1 loyalty point.

1.3. Each loyalty point earned is equivalent to 0.01 dirhams (AED 100 = 100 points = 1 dirham).

2. Accumulating Loyalty Points

2.1. Loyalty points are accumulated when clients purchase meal plans using the FITT Meals app or website.

2.2. Points are earned based on the total amount spent on meal plans or purchases, rounded down to the nearest dirham.

2.3. Points will not be earned on taxes, delivery charges, or other fees.

2.4. Loyalty points earned will be credited to the client's account within maximum 24 hours of the eligible purchase.

2.5. Points earned can be used towards future purchases as outlined in section 3.

2.6. Loyalty points are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of the client's last completed order. If no new order is placed within 6 months, all unused loyalty points in the client's account will automatically expire and be removed.

3. Redeeming Loyalty Points

3.1. Clients may redeem their accumulated loyalty points towards a discount on future purchases.

3.2. There is no minimum amount of loyalty points required to be eligible for redemption.

3.3. Each loyalty point redeemed is equivalent to 0.10 dirhams deducted from the total purchase amount.

3.4. Loyalty points can be used in conjunction with other offers or discount codes.

4. Referral Program

4.1. FITT Meals offers a referral program, allowing clients to earn additional loyalty points by referring friends to the FITT Meals app.

4.2. If a client refers FITT Meals to a friend and the friend places an order using the referral link or code, the referring client will receive loyalty points as specified on the FITT Meals referral program page, credited to their account.

4.3. The referred friend will receive a discount as specified on the FITT Meals referral program page, along with 1 loyalty point for each dirham spent on their first order.

4.4. The referral points will be credited to the client's account within 24 hours of the friend's eligible purchase.

4.5. The referral program structure, including eligibility, rewards, and benefit amounts, may be updated or modified by FITT Meals from time to time. The current terms of the referral program will always be displayed within the client’s account under the referral section in the FITT Meals app or website, and the client is responsible for reviewing these terms before participating.

5. General Terms

5.1. FITT Meals reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty points program at any time, without prior notice.

5.2. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

5.3. FITT Meals reserves the right to adjust loyalty point balances in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5.4. FITT Meals is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent the accumulation or redemption of loyalty points.

5.5. These Terms are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where FITT Meals operates.

5.6. Expired loyalty points cannot be reinstated or redeemed under any circumstances, including but not limited to account inactivity, closure, or the death or incapacity of the client.

By participating in the FITT Meals loyalty points program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
